Platform User Guide for Malaysian Users

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and yyrr ("Platform", "us"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or using any part of the yyrr platform at yyrr.bar, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms stated herein.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the yyrr platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the yyrr platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age at least 18 years old at the time of account registration.
• Register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information — including full name as per identity card, date of birth, mobile phone number and active email address.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition in your place of residence relating to online gambling.
• Only have one (1) yyrr account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using false information or information belonging to someone else.

Yyrr reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Users are required to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe. Failure to complete KYC may result in the suspension of account functions until the verification process is complete.

3Account Security Responsibility

Your yyrr account is personal and may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other individual. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Always use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols, at least eight characters.
• Activate two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Do not save your login credentials on public devices or share them through any channel.
• Report immediately to the yyrr support team if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Yyrr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account use due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding login credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the yyrr platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Available deposit and withdrawal methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer.

About Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 20, depending on the selected payment method.
• Deposited funds may only be used on the yyrr platform and may not be transferred to any third party.
• Yyrr does not accept deposits from third parties — only from accounts registered in the same name as the yyrr account holder.

About Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is MYR 20 via e-wallet and MYR 50 via bank transfer.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have been verified through the KYC process and under a name matching the yyrr account holder.
• Yyrr reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals while the identity verification process is ongoing, particularly for large withdrawal amounts.
• Processing times vary by method — DuitNow within 5–15 minutes, bank transfers within 1–4 hours.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Yyrr offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and other terms specified in each offer.

• Bonuses are valid for one account per individual, IP address, and device only.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.
• Yyrr reserves the right to void any bonus awarded if there are indications of abuse, such as systematic low-risk wagering to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Expired offers cannot be claimed or reactivated.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

6General Game Rules

All games on the yyrr platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) engine that has been independently tested and certified. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.

• Game results are final once a round or wager has been settled.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, yyrr will resolve the transaction based on valid system records.
• Wagers placed cannot be cancelled once a game has started, except in situations specifically stated in the relevant game rules.
• The use of bots, third-party software, or any automated method to play is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

For live casino games with real dealers, transactions in progress during a connection disruption will be settled once the connection is restored, based on server records. yyrr is not responsible for disruptions caused by the user's own internet connection.

7Responsible Gaming

Yyrr is committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of self-control tools accessible through your account settings:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit for the period of your choice.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount over a specified period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a daily session time limit for gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a set period or permanently if needed.

8Prohibitions & Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from doing the following while using the yyrr platform:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's information.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other methods to conceal your real location in order to bypass geo-restrictions.
• Using illicit funds or using the yyrr platform for money laundering.
• Manipulating games or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, automation software, or scripts to play or obtain bonuses.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely toward yyrr support staff.
• Filing false claims with payment providers regarding transactions on yyrr.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Yyrr reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that registration information is false or inaccurate.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Activity indicating signs of money laundering or fraud.
• Voluntary closure request by the account owner.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the yyrr customer support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus conditions must be fulfilled and there must be no pending withdrawal requests.

Following account closure, yyrr reserves the right to retain personal and transaction records in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

10Privacy & Data Protection

Yyrr takes the protection of users' personal data seriously. Information you provide during registration and while using the platform is handled in accordance with yyrr's Privacy Policy, which can be read on the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used solely for account processing, identity verification, financial processing, and service communications.
• Yyrr does not sell or rent users' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with the terms stated in the Privacy Policy.

11Liability Limits & Disclaimers

The yyrr platform is provided "as-is". yyrr makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the continued availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• Yyrr is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond our control do not entitle users to claim any compensation.
• Gambling outcomes are at the user's own risk. yyrr is not responsible for game results.

The maximum liability of yyrr under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Yyrr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication at yyrr.bar/terms-conditions.

Yyrr will endeavour to notify users of significant amendments via in-app notifications or the registered email address. However, it is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
